La version la plus connue, et celle qui en a fait un classique intemporel, est bien évidement le Larry Levan mix, qui aujourd’hui encore n’a pas pris une ride (même si Larry nous a mixé tout ça à la truelle, voir à 2′52 et 4′08).
Néanmoins, ce que Larry y a insuflé de parfaititude disco-funk en accélérant le beat et en synthérisant le son, il l’a perdu en nuance (voir la ligne de basse à 4′03, sans même parler des chatouillis de la guitare, qui ne sont pas sans rappeler le son d’un certain Roger tel qu’il officiait à la même époque). Mais bref.
